2.Download Desktop Software For Backup and restore your device
or you can find it in your CD in box
3.BBSAK ( blackberry swis army knife ) For wiping your device

1st step :

Install Desktop software
Install BBSAK
Install OS in your PC/Laptop

you can Find at your current OS : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\Shared\Loader Files

Now make sure you OS already install

Now delete for vendor XML file
you can find at : C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader
find a file with .XML extension and delete it

2nd Step :

Conect Your blackberry device with your PC/laptop

Run the blackberry device software
connecting
sync all
backup
wait till finish

3rd step :
Run BBSAK
Conect your Device
Backup for your 3rd apps
wait till finish
and wipe your device

find it at : C:\Program Files\BBSAK\Backup
find the file select which one you need to restore back to ur device
and it will auto restart again

6.Restoring Data
Conect with blackberry desktop software
find on the left top “device”
restore
let the proses start
wait till finish

and then open your network connection
let the device rendering data from network and restoring all your setting and backup for 15 menit
